Record Comments: This record is a unique compilation by Rhino Records, released in both a standard cover #RNDF 206 and picture disc version #RNLP 702. This is the picture disc version with a die-cut cover, exposing side one of the record. The Newton rings on the picture disc are part of the vinyl pressing. All tracks are re-issues and licensed from Disneyland-Vista Records.

Subject Notes: Annette Funicello was born on October 22, 1942 in Utica, New York and died on April 8, 2013 in Bakersfield, California. To Disney fans, Annette is best known as one of the original Mouseketeers on the Disney television show The Mickey Mouse Club, that first aired in October of 1955. In 1958, she starred in her own serial, Annette, that ran for a total of 19 episodes as part of final season of The Mickey Mouse Club. In the show, Annette played a young farm girl transitioning to an upper-class neighborhood.
